Raise funds for Your NonProfit, Organization, Program, or Cause
We Are Glad You're Here!
Uncle Eddie’s™ Cookies for Causes was created to help raise funds for various Nonprofit Organizations and Causes. In collaboration with Uncle Eddie’s™ Cookies, The Joyful Child Foundation (The Sponsor), and The Company Doctors™, you can raise $1, per bag of 12oz. cookies sold for your program, charity, Nonprofit, or cause! A much higher payout than many other programs. A share of the profits go to your Sponsor and the rest goes to your organization to help support your “Cause”. This is a WIN for your organization and a WIN to help those in need.
There Are 2 Ways to Sell...
1. Sell Then Pay:
Your organization sells the cookies and collects all the payments from the buyers, unless the buyer purchases online through the Cookies 4 Causes website. You will keep your share of the profits and send Uncle Eddie’s their portion to pay for the production of the cookies. After sales are complete, one consolidated, final payment must be made to Uncle Eddie’s Cookies. If the buyer orders cookies online through the Cookies 4 Causes website, their payment will be recorded and added to your total order.
A set selling period must be implemented to correlate with delivering the cookies and placing the orders. This cannot be something that is sold year round, although you could run many campaigns a year.
Your organization sells the cookies and collects all the payments from the buyers, unless the buyer purchases online. You will keep your share of the profits and send Uncle Eddie’s their portion to pay for the production of the cookies.

Cons: You and your team must keep track of every order and all money collected. You must have a bank account to deposit and withdraw funds. Each seller will have to submit all of their orders online when the selling period is over. A final check must be send to uncle Eddie's to place the order. All cookies. once ready, will get shipped to your organization in bulk and must get delivered to the buyers.
2. PrePurchase:
If your organization is able to pre-purchase in bulk, it will make selling much easier. This will allow your sellers to have cookies in hand as they sell and they do not have to worry about all the logistics of delivery and sending orders to Uncle Eddie’s.
Pros: Easier to sell, no shipping, no deliveries, easier process, less bookkeeping, and less time consuming.
Cons: Online ordering through cookies4causes.com is not an option, you must sell in person or through your organizations own shopping cart.

Process Details...
1. Sign up your organization to become a Seller. The organization needs to have a leader and needs to obtain an ORGANIZATION ID. After you sign up your organization, your submission will be reviewed. If approved, you will be given your ORGANIZATION ID. Your ORGANIZATION ID is unique to your organization. You must keep track of your ID and relay it to your Sellers.
2. You will be given access to the starter packet, which will contain instructions, order forms, and helpful sales tools. Order sheets can be mailed to you or you can print them yourself. Download the packet and get familiar with all the information and tools. A username and password will be sent to you via email.
3. Every individual that is going to be selling the cookies needs to sign up separately and obtain an INDIVIDUAL ID. If under 21 years of age, a Parent or Guardian MUST help the seller sign up and sign the permission slip. The permission slip is part of the sign up form. Upon approval, the INDIVIDUAL ID will be sent via email.
4. Distribute the Starter Packet materials; Order Sheets and Sales Flyers to Your Team of Sellers and provide your ORGANIZATION ID to each of them.
5. Every individual Seller must have their own INDIVIDUAL ID number. Have the Sellers enter the ORGANIZATION ID (4 digits) and their INDIVIDUAL ID (2 digits), which becomes their SELLER ID, into any sales tools (PDF's in the Starter Packet). For any buyer that wishes to purchase online, they will need to enter the SELLER ID number.
The 4 digits from the ORGANIZATION ID followed by the INDIVIDUAL ID.
EXAMPLE: ORGANIZATION ID (1111) + the INDIVIDUAL ID (55) = 111155 (complete Seller ID).
When ready, sellers can start to sell!
NOTE: Your organization must be able to accept the initial payments from buyers unless made online through the Cookies 4 Causes website. After sales are complete, one consolidated, final payment must be made to Uncle Eddie's Cookies. If the buyer orders cookies online through the Cookies 4 Causes website, their payment will be recorded and added to your total order. Your organization will receive a check at the end of the SELLING PERIOD for the portion that your Sellers have earned through online sales.
NOTE: Sellers must collect names and information for EVERY buyer that doesn't order online as they may need to contact them about delivery. Keeping track of ALL orders is very IMPORTANT!
NOTE: Sellers may want to set a pickup or delivery location for the buyers before starting to sell. This will help figure out the logistics for whom they are selling to. If selling door-to-door, it is critical to collect addresses and all of the buyers details.
6. When the orders are complete, each Seller must complete the online, consolidated order submission form. They must enter information for every person that they sold to, except any orders that were placed online through the Cookies 4 Causes website.
7. Total up all of your Sellers sales, NOT including online sales. Keep your percentage and send the remaining balance due to Uncle Eddies. Box and Send All Orders and Check Payment to: Uncle Eddie’s Vegan Cookies, 4700 District Blvd, Vernon, CA 90058
8. When the orders are complete, you will be contacted to setup a delivery location and time. With the delivery, all of your Sellers orders will be included. You will also see a master list of all the orders placed so you know what cookies to give to which Sellers.
After each Seller receives all the bags of cookies they have sold, they must arrange a delivery time and location with the buyers to deliver the cookies they purchased, if they have not done so already.
